1. Software License
MeshOptixIQ ("Software") is licensed, not sold. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your internal business purposes.
1.2 License Verification & Operations
The Software requires an active license key to operate. You acknowledge that:
- The Software will periodically contact MeshOptixIQ servers to validate your license key ("Heartbeat").
- If validation fails or the server is unreachable for more than 72 hours (the "Grace Period"), the Software will automatically degrade to Read-Only Mode.
- In Read-Only Mode, existing data remains accessible, but new data ingestion and graph updates will be disabled until a valid connection is restored.
1.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; circumvent the license verification mechanisms; or rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties.
2. Privacy & Data
Our license verification process transmits only your License Key and a unique installation identifier. No network topology data, device configurations, or PII is transmitted during this process. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this agreement.
