1. Software License
MeshOptixIQ ("Software") is licensed, not sold. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your internal business purposes.
1.2 License Keys, Verification & Operations
The free Community tier may be used without a license key, limited to one installation and up to five network devices. Paid plans and free trials require a valid license key. You acknowledge that:
- When a license key is configured, the Software periodically contacts MeshOptixIQ servers to validate it ("Heartbeat"). The Heartbeat sends only the license key and an anonymous installation identifier.
- If the license key is invalid, expired, or revoked, or the servers cannot be reached for more than 72 hours (the "Grace Period"), features of your paid plan or trial become unavailable and the Software returns an error when they are requested. Features of the Community tier remain available.
- Paid-plan features become available again once a Heartbeat succeeds with a valid license key. Your existing data is not deleted.
1.3 Free Trial
Each customer account may start one free 14-day trial of the Pro plan. No payment details are required, and the trial ends automatically without charge. When the trial ends, its license key stops validating unless you purchase a subscription. We may end a trial early if these Terms are breached.
1.4 Prohibited Uses
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; circumvent the license verification mechanisms; or rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties.
2. Privacy & Data
Our license verification process transmits only your License Key and a unique installation identifier. No network topology data, device configurations, or PII is transmitted during this process. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this agreement.
